Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. Include all original packaging, labels, instructions, mounting hardware, components, and accessories.

Do not automatically send merchandise to our registered business address. Customer support will provide the correct return destination after approval.
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include photographs of the product, exterior packaging, and shipping label.
Customers are generally responsible for preference-based return shipping, including compatibility or fit issues that could have been determined from the product listing.

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges depend on current model, size, color, compatibility, and inventory availability. In some cases, the simplest option is to return an eligible product and place a new order.
